I have just finished an online Medical Billing & Coding course which, while it did teach me the basics of coding, left me with very little confidence in my knowledge of complicated coding situations. I asked for more coding practice and they told me to take another expensive class! So I looked||I have used this book since 1991. The current edition is the best one yet.
